A Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: • Assemble and Weld: Assemble, tack, and weld pre-fabricated steel parts into finished sub-assemblies. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles. • Quality Assurance: Verify weld penetration and aesthetics; update paperwork for process changes. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain welding and related equipment, including jib cranes and forklifts. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals with experience in MIG welding and shop fabrication. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret shop drawings, follow welding procedures, and work safely and effectively in a team environment.
