A Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: • Assemble and Weld: Assemble, tack, and weld pre-fabricated steel parts into finished sub-assemblies. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles. • Quality Assurance: Verify weld penetration and aesthetics; update paperwork for process changes. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain welding and related equipment, including jib cranes and forklifts. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
