A Welder is responsible for completing the following duties: • Assemble and Weld: Assemble, tack, and weld pre-fabricated steel parts into finished sub-assemblies. • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles. • Quality Assurance: Verify weld penetration and aesthetics; update paperwork for process changes. • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain welding and related equipment, including jib cranes and forklifts. • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety and operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Fabricator/Welder

Description Our successful, employee-owned Arizona sign fabrication and installation company is searching for an additional highly creative and detail-oriented Fabricator/ Welder to add to our growing team. A Fabricator/Welder is responsible for adhering to the production schedule, ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and secured while ensuring safety standards are met. Qualifications include reading and understanding product schematics and assembly instructions. Additionally, the fabricator/welder will construct and manufacture metal parts and products and take responsibility for fabricating parts used in later assembly.
