Duties - Assemble products according to specifications and blueprints - Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble components - Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times - Learn new processes and improve daily - Help others when and if you have time Qualifications - Previous experience in a production environment preferred - Ability to operate a forklift is a plus - Mechanical knowledge and an aptitude for working with tools - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Knowledge of shop safety is a must. Must pass required weld test.
