SUMMARY A Welder/Grinder is responsible for performing skilled welding and grinding work on stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, while ensuring precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: • Weld/Grind stairs, rails and misc. metals. • MIG, TIG, and Stick Weld. • Operate overhead crane. • Test and inspect welded surfaces and structure to discover flaws.
