Job Title: 1st and 2nd Shift Welders Job Description We are seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders to join our production team, where the focus is on efficiency and quality. You will work primarily on a weld table using jigs for higher volume projects. The ideal candidate will produce quality MIG/TIG welds that minimize the need for post-work such as grinding or polishing, and possess the ability to fabricate and fit parts for custom projects when necessary. Responsibilities • Perform TIG welding in a production environment with a focus on efficiency. • Utilize jigs and weld tables for higher volume projects. • Produce quality TIG welds with minimal need for finishing work. • Fabricate and fit parts for custom projects as required. • Perform TIG welding on thin stainless steel. • Read blueprints and use tape measures to set up projects in the jigs. Essential Skills • Minimum of 1 year experience in MIG/TIG welding. • Ability to weld thin gauge metals, particularly stainless steel sheet metal. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a tape measure. • Comfortable working in a production environment focused on timely welds. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience in fabrication and fitting parts is a plus. • MIG welding experience is a plus to assist in other areas or products Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $28.75/hr.
