We here at Techniserv, Inc are seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our talented welding team. This position is onsite in Berwick, PA with a weekly schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM. Pay starts at $22.00/hr. with an excellent benefits package that includes insurance, education, 401K, employee assistance program, and a yearly bonus. Pay commensurate with experience and education. The Welder/Fabricator position is available for individuals with experience in the following areas: Required Experience: • High School diploma required. • 2 or more years of MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding experience. • HS Vocational School in welding trades or equivalent additional experience. • 1 or 2 year technical school degree/certificate, preferred not required. • Schedule 40 Pipe Certification in the 6G position, preferred not required. • Structural Plate Certification in the 3G position, preferred not required. • Ability to pass an onsite weld test required. Job Details: • Structural stainless-steel frame welding and assembly. • Stainless-steel MIG and TIG welding. • Component and instrumentation installation. • General layout and fabrication skills. • Blueprint reading. • Working independently with mechanical/problem solving skills. • Perform all other duties and functions as assigned.
