We are working towards working 4 short days and 1 long day Morning Hours short days: 5:00am - 11:15am long day: 5:00am - 3:30pm Afternoon Hours short days: 11:15am - 5:30pm long day: 7:00am - 5:30pm Evening Hours short days: 5:30pm - 11:45pm long day: 1:15pm - 11:45pm Starting Rate is $24.00/hr (Evening shift also has an addition $1 shift differential) Responsibilities Include Maintains Compliance to environmental standard. Contributes to Team Effort Conserves Resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results. Maintains Weld Dept appearance by transporting materials to disposal area; recycling materials. Daily 5S. Cleaning as needed. Maintains safe working environment. Stores completed welded parts by placing item in appropriate storage area or staging area specified on work order. Ensures operation of Equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements. Maintains specifications by observing operations, detecting malfunctions, inspecting parts, adjusting controls. Regulates Machines by setting up adjusting controls. Setting must be within parameters specified on the SOP. Welds parts by pulse arc mig welding. Parts must be welded per print and instructions on work order. Carrying, pushing, or pulling parts to area. Lifting and bending frequently. Steel toed shoes are required at all times. Safety glasses are required at all times. Hearing protection required at all times. Within the weld cells, proper PPE must be worn. Qualified Applicants Will Have Must be a high school graduate or have equivalent training. Must have Mig welding experience. Must be able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. Must have knowledge of safety regulations. Must be able to lift a maximum of 51 lbs. on average during a normal workday. Must be able to operate computers. Must have the ability to pull a job order utilizing a work order. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to read and interpret basic documents, safety rules and other correspondence. Ability to count and ability to measure equipment using a tape measure. Must be able to work as a team.
