DIRECT HIRES - 1st shift - Located in Green Bay Up to BOE up to $35 per hour - Pressure Vessel Welders Welders and Fabricators are tasked with the fabrication and welding of stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an industrial environment. Work duties include layout and assembly of custom projects ranging from small vessels and piping to large scale heat exchangers. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team specializing in ASME pressure vessel fabrication. The ideal candidate must be proficient in 6G welding and have a strong background in welding high-pressure systems and vessels that meet the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) standards. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay based on experience. Key Responsibilities: • • Perform 6G welding on ASME pressure vessels, ensuring adherence to all safety standards and specifications. • • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding procedure specifications (WPS). • • Execute high-quality welds on a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys used in pressure vessel construction. • • Inspect and test completed welds to ensure they meet ASME codes and standards. • • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment such as TIG, MIG, and stick welding machines. • • Work collaboratively with engineering and quality control teams to ensure precision and compliance with project requirements. • • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace. • • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks on stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels • • in an industrial setting. • • Handle layout, assembly, and construction of various projects, including small vessels, • • piping, and large-scale heat exchangers. • • Utilize a range of welding processes, focusing on TIG, MIG, and Flux Core, with openness • • to other processes like Sub Arc, RMD, Shortcircuit, Spray, and Pulse spray. • • Demonstrate adaptability in learning and applying different welding techniques. • • Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, particularly in confined spaces or at heights. Requirements • During the interview, you will be asked to weld a sample in order to determine your level of experience. Please bring your welding PPP for the interview. • Willingness to learn and apply other welding processes. • Strong attention to detail. • Team Player.
