Job Title: Welder Job Description Join our team as a skilled Welder where you will engage in welding large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes. You will work with materials up to 9 inches thick, making multi-pass welding experience a valuable asset. Responsibilities • Perform welding on large equipment using MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding. • Complete and pass weld qualification tests. • Inspect parts prior to fitting and ensure proper alignment and orientation. • Visually inspect joints for cleanliness and depth to ensure they meet specifications. • Meet the physical demands of welding work, including stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, and standing. Essential Skills • 1 to 5+ years of current and directly related welding experience. • Proficiency in MIG, Flux, and Metalcore welding processes. • Ability to read and follow blueprints and instructions. • Capacity to weld consistently within parameters. Fabricator/Welder (4-10 hr shifts)
