Job DescriptionJob Description WELDERS Wanted ! Assembly of products Shawano WI $19.86- $22.38 hr 2nd Shift 3:30pm-1:30am Mon-Thursday Fri OT as needed. 4 day work WEEKS! Work together as a team Assemble small, medium and large sized vehicle equipment. Welders need to make clean lines and cuts. Use of grinders. Maintain length of arc and speed movement to form specified depth of fusion, All positions welding is required. Jig fixture, tack, mig weld. All welding duties. Fab and design of detailed parts, Read instructions/ blueprints Rotate different work stations Knowledge in manufacturing- assembly and welding a PLUS ! Must be reliable to the work schedule daily. Function in a fast paced environment basic math skills- computer skills Proficient with power tools/ hand tools Attention to detail Organizational skills Trouble shoot Able to reach-twist-kneel-bend- stand for 10 hr shifts- multi task • Follow and read assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists • Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials • Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements • Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies • Verifies specifications by measuring completed component(s) • Trouble shot assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications • Keeps equipment operational • Maintains safe and clean working environment • Rotate to different work stations • Effectively and accurately use material withdrawal forms, stock, fabricated, and special-order parts so inventory counts are correct • Complete jobs within planned hours • Correct data entry into ERP system • Maintain regular attendance • Follow and practice Safety Policies and OSHA regulations

Key Job Responsibilities • Welds metal parts on subassembly and production lines using GMAW gas, metal arc welding, and submerged arc processes; also performs cutting and grinding tasks. • Interprets drawings to ensure correct weld sequencing and sizing. • Inspects own work and the work of others, reporting defects or discrepancies immediately to supervision. • Positions and clamps components of fabricated metal products prior to welding. • Operates overhead cranes, jib cranes, or forklifts safely to move and set large parts. Qualifications/Requirements • High School Diploma or equivalent. • At least one (1) year of welding experience; certification preferred. • Ability to use various hand and power tools. • Physical ability to stand, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 40 pounds. • Forklift certification preferred. • Positive and cooperative attitude towards customers, colleagues, and the company. • Availability to work overtime as needed. • Compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. Additional Information Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $NA. The actual offer will depend on experience and location.
