**Job Title: Welder** • *Job Description** Join a dynamic team manufacturing military and commercial trailers. This position involves fitting parts according to blueprints and performing MIG welding using weld symbols. You will be responsible for inspecting and grinding finished welds as well. All work must meet the Department of Defense's quality standards, you will be able to obtain company specific welding certifications once hired! • *Responsibilities** + Fit parts according to blueprints. + Perform MIG welding using weld symbols. + Use grinders or sanders for finishing welds + Ensure all welds meet quality standards before inspection. • *Essential Skills** + 2+ years of MIG welding experience on mild steel. + Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols. + Experience with TIG welding and fabrication. • *Why Work Here?** Enjoy a four-day work week with a friendly, family-owned company located in a small town.
