Trillium Construction is seeking Flux Core Welders for a fabrication shop in Decatur, Alabama. This is a full-time opportunity. Pay rate for the welders that meet the qualifications is $23 depending on experience and skillset. Candidates that can also fit and fabricate structural steel will have an opportunity for a higher pay rate. No per diem. The work schedule varies. Workers must be able to work 7 days a week. Typically, it is 5 days one week and 7 days the next. Weekly hours range from 40 – 70.
