Precision Laser and Manufacturing is a designer and builder of specialty racking for the automotive industry, with plants in Tennessee, Canada and Mexico. We are growing our team to meet expansion demands and are currently hiring welders for our Lawrenceburg, TN plant. QUALIFICATIONS OF SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES: • 2 year of Mig welding experience is preferred but company willing to assist in developing welding skills of sincerely interested persons (please identify this on cover letter) • Able to work as part of a team or can work independently JOB DESCRIPTION • Welding various lengths, sizes & thicknesses of structural steel to meet design specs • Welding in all positions required – flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead • Working in various positions including but not limited to bending, kneeling, squatting, standing and able to lift up to 40# on an infrequent basis (overhead lift assist available) • Safe use of hand tools and equipment such as overhead hoisting equipment in addition to all other equipment common to welding • Meet production goals set out by the plant manager • Observe all Legislative and Company Health & Safety policies, including use of PPE • Committed to attending work on a regular & reliable basis as a valued member of a team DETAILS: While we thank all those who apply, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. • Full time positions available • Overtime is available • Current starting wage between $18.00+, depending on experience as demonstrated during an on-site weld test. • Plant currently operates on1st shift with future plans to add a rotating 2nd shift • Various recognition programs in effect throughout the year to recognize our hardworking team members! Welder/Fabricator

Overview Precision Laser & MFG is seeking a skilled welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and manufacturing processes, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Responsible for executing the build as represented in the build prints and per the customer requirements • Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to construct components accurately. • Will calculate the unspecified dimensions along with laying out designs using various materials. • Ensure all set ups are correct to obtain production quality and quantity requirements by production and quality standards for each job. • Continually monitoring all vital systems involved in the production process. • Troubleshoot any issues or defects identified during testing and work collaboratively with engineering teams to develop solutions. • Performs other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as needed. • Operate various machinery to fabricate parts. • Utilize tools such as calipers and forklifts for precise measurements and material handling. • Perform assembly tasks, ensuring that all components fit together seamlessly. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency. • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Qualifications • Familiarity with blueprint reading and basic math skills for accurate measurements. • Previous experience in welding settings or machining environments is advantageous. • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. • A commitment to safety practices and maintaining a safe working environment. FITTERS/WELDERS 1ST & 2ND SHIFTS LAWRENCEBURG, TN

About the position Responsibilities • Produce parts, assemblies, and attachments for heavy construction equipment. • Perform service and repair work as required. • Access weld specifications and enter time and labor data using basic computer skills. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in welding or a combination of education and experience. • Commitment to safety in the workplace. • Ability to perform physical labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for the full shift. Nice-to-haves • Experience with multi-pass MIG welding. • Welding with .052 wire. • MIG welding on ¼” - 3” plate. • General mechanical aptitude.
