Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled fabricator to join our team in Conway, SC. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires dedication and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fabrication, welding, metalwork, or related fields. They will be proficient in using basic hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment essential for fabrication tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Build and fabricate custom signage using various materials, with a primary focus on metals (including aluminum) and welding processes. • Maste the art of aluminum welding to create durable and precise signage components. • Work with a variety of materials such as metals, plastics, and composites to meet design specifications. • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans to determine project requirements. • Plan and execute different stages of the signage fabrication process, ensuring each stage aligns with project timelines and quality standards. • Adeher to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure the well-being of all team members. Requirements: • Prior experience in fabrication, welding, metalwork, or related fields is essential. Experience within the sign industry is a plus but not required. • Ability to use basic hand tools such as drills, grinders, saws, and precision measuring instruments. • Ability to master aluminum welding. • Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the fabrication process. • Welding certification is preferred but not required.
