PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES • Demonstrate the Metalctrafters' Core Values daily. • Must maintain First Aid, CPR certifications and others required for equipment operation. • Process fabrication orders daily to meet the needs of the branch offices and delivery schedule. • Maintain all shop equipment to insure proper and safe operation. • Insures that the Metalcrafters' steel shop policies for safety and quality control are strictly adhered to. • Meets monthly, quarterly and annual production goals. • Produces daily, weekly & monthly activity reports as required. • Utilizes and completes all paperwork as required. • Constantly observes the various processes and seeks improvement in both safety and efficiency • Arrives to work and ready to start on time. • Maintaining a clean and safe work space • Comply Metalcrafters' Company Policy manual • Every applicant must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screen. Experienced MIG Welding Fabricator

FABRICATOR/WELDER - FULL TIME Looking for an experienced Fabricator with MIG Welding experience. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 40 HOURS; Mon – Thurs: 7:15am – 5:00pm Friday: 7:15am - 12:15pm MUST BE ABLE TO PASS RANDOM DRUG TESTING.
