As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our customers and other team members to ensure the safe and efficient installation of solar panels, inverters, and related equipment. Lead Solar Installer​

Pay: $55K to $80K 8MSolar is a rapidly growing Solar company located in Raleigh, NC that is looking to expand their workforce with a dedicated and reliable Lead Solar Installer. The objective of the Lead Installer is to take a hands-on approach to managing operations at installation sites ensuring timely completion of installations while meeting 8MSolar standards. Responsibilities: • Manage mechanical and electrical solar installation crews. • Ensure 8MSolar construction prints are followed on all projects. • Ensure safety standards are met and maintained during installation. • Act as intermediary with customer on the day of installation. • Real time quality assurance on all projects. • Remain on site throughout installation in order to manage effectively. • Perform walkthroughs with customers following project completion. • Send daily project reports to management detailing construction activities.
