Residential Solar Site Surveyor Helios Solar Consulting LLC Helios Solar is the nation's leading third party solar site survey provider. We specialize in partnering with companies of all sizes to provide services at industry-leading quality by imparting the data they need to determine their project’s scope of work. Helios Solar is a trusted partner by many of the household names in the residential solar industry. We are looking for highly motivated and reliable individuals to perform site surveys on residential properties on a contract basis. As a site surveyor, your primary responsibility is to gather home condition data, photos, and measurements through a guided template via mobile application. Punctuality, thoroughness, timeliness, and attention to detail, and professional customer service are critical for this position. Responsibilities: ● Provide photos, measurements, and other input prompts pertaining to the home as guided by the mobile app ● Ensure all safety protocols are followed during the survey process ● Provide a positive and professional customer experience ● Call into our Quality Control team after all photos are synced to ensure everything has been collected properly ● Provide recommendations and insights to Helios Solar based on your findings and observations Requirements: ● Experience in solar site surveying/installation, home inspections, HVAC, or construction ● Able to work with small hand tools and climb a ladder ● Experience with flying drones for commercial purposes (preferred but not required) ● Proficient with a smartphone ● Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy ● Ability to travel to various job sites as needed. No vehicle is provided. ● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. ● Minimal tools required. Only Drone and Ladder are provided. Compensation: This position is paid per survey completed. Compensation is issued weekly. Starting surveyor compensation is $75 per survey completed.
