Job Description Summary: The Solar Facilities Management Technician will work within a team to perform vegetation maintenance and abatement. This individual will receive comprehensive on-the-job and classroom-based training pertaining site maintenance and safe work practices. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure that all co-workers and contractors demonstrate safe work practices in accordance with OSHA, NFPA, state and local codes, and Revision Solar safety policies and procedures during the performance of facilities management activities. • Conduct vegetation maintenance and abatement on solar power generation plants. • Conduct routine maintenance and repair of vegetation management equipment including, but not limited to mowers, tractors, string-trimmers, hedge trimmers, rotary cutters, tractor implements, and hand tools. • Ensure that assigned vehicle, tooling, electrical devices, software, and company property are maintained. • Assist with interdepartmental maintenance activities as needed. Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. • Clear understanding of safe workplace practices and procedure. • Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight. • Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours, and weekends. • Ability to operate in a manner consistent with organizational policies, procedures, and vision. • Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with peers, supervisor, and all other individuals both within and outside of the organization. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: • Work is to be performed in the field and occasionally in the field office. • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required- including, but not limited to hard hat, steel toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. • Must have the ability to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk short distances for 8-10 hours a day. • Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Journeyman Electrician

Summary: The Journeyman Electrician will work within a team to perform a variety of task as required to operate utility PV systems including preventative maintenance, construction of solar farm, and commissioning of solar farms. Responds to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair on an as needed basis. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Update the site superintendent if the PV system is not set up correctly before the end of the construction. • Verify that applicable equipment and systems are installed according to contract documents, manufacturer recommendations and industry accepted best practices. • DC and AC testing included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, insulation resistance testing. • Identify unsafe work or operating conditions and take proper action to neutralize hazards. • Ensuring the vehicle, tooling, electronics, software, and company property issued are accounted for. • Work as a solar farm crew member on an as needed basis with the Construction department. • Cutting, bending, threading and running electrical conduit materials. • Wire pulling and management experience. • Experience running rigid conduit. • Must be able to bend offset, 3 points, 4 points saddles, 90’s etc. • Work with the Operations & Maintenance department on an as needed basis to ensure the PV system is receiving it normal scheduled maintenance. Supervisory Responsibilities: • Must have 4-5 yrs. Experience as a commercial journeyman Electrical • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a commercial electrical helper. • NABCEP PV Installer certification preferred • 2-4 years of verifiable electrical installation experience. • Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices • Clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedure • Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams • Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight. • Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends • Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Quality Technician

Responsible for adhering to a project’s Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Field Quality Assurance Program. Quality Technicians lead field inspections and utilize Temporary Labor to assist. Technicians must be fluent in Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical reading of project drawings, inspection requirements, and can assist in civil, and pre-commissioning inspection means and methods under the direction of Qualified and Competent personnel. Responsible for executing project Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Quality inspections. Interacts with Strata Self-Perform Electrical crews and other Subcontractors regarding Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Quality installations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Solar Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical field inspections • Reviews Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Inspection Test Points (ITPs) for their assigned projects and prior to project start. • Communicates implementation and feasibility of developed ITPs throughout the duration of project. • Initiates field inspections of Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Defined Features Of Work (DFOW). • Works with Quality Lead to complete quality inspections within the required timeframe. • Works with Electrical Self Perform (ESP) & Subcontractors on builds after approved FAI to ensure the work is being installed correctly. • Communicates quality related items with Quality Lead. • Completes daily walk downs of builds with ESP and/or Subcontractor QC individuals. • Train ESP QC or Subcontractor QC individuals on ITPs and inspection requirements. • Helps Quality Lead to maintain an accurate Daily Quality Report Heat Map of project quality progress. • Helps Quality Lead to gather field data for Non-Conformance and Corrective Action Reports when necessary. • Provide Temporary Labor individuals with the site appropriate inspection check lists. • Facilitate communication between Site Quality Lead, Construction Foreman, and progress/issues found. • Helps Quality Lead to audit Self-Perform or Subcontractor QC documentation. • Provide coverage for other Quality Technicians as needed on other Strata projects. • Work with the Quality Lead to develop, implement and facilitate Field Quality Control Program (FQCP) for the projects. • Responsible for daily reporting to Quality Lead of the project’s Quality-related information. • Is fluent in requirements regarding inspection, inspection tools and equipment. • Helps manage the project non-conformances related to the work. • Works with Strata Self-Perform Team and/or Subcontractors on Quality related issues. • Completes random oversight inspections daily. • Verifies nonconformance rework completion. • Works with Strata Self-Perform Team and/or Subcontractors on quality of work, conformance, and FQCP requirements. • Investigates any NCRS/CARS. (Morning Meetings) • Maintain PPE checks. • Assist is preparation of FQCP Safety requirements every morning with Job Hazard Analysis (JHA). • Ensure all testing, inspections, and work required are completed in a timely and professional manner. • Communicate any concerns related to scheduling, Strata Self-Perform Team and/or subcontractors, and all quality related issues to Quality Lead. • Identify and document quality issues that are happening and help drive solutions and drive continuous improvement with the help of Quality Lead. • Assist in establishing documentation of standard operating specifications/work instructions/procedures. • Maintain inspection metrics and documentation. • Attend necessary quality meetings internal and external. • Develop Quality Technician’s and Temp Labor’s understanding and knowledge of the Quality plan requirements. • Communicate any revision to procedures and support development of standard operating procedures. • Helps Quality Lead to prepare QIR, NCR, CAR, RFI’s, and Root Cause Analysis, as necessary. • Provide technical support and guidance during inspection and problem resolution to the team as needed. • Maintain a clean and operational vehicle. • Communicate any fleet vehicle damage, maintenance, or inspections to Fleet manager immediately. • Arrive to work prepared to work and dressed appropriately. • Always maintain a positive attentive attitude towards all co-workers and construction teams. • Check email daily and respond in a timely manner. • Work independently and as a member of the team. • Gather data for writing Requests for Information (RFI) and seeing them to closure. • Helps train Strata Self-Perform Team and/or subcontractors QC on utilization of FieldView (continuous training, troubleshooting, and minimum standards for each Defined Feature of Work (DFOW). • Maintain communication with Subcontractors for deficiencies, outstanding items, review, and closure. • Verify Strata Self-Perform Team and/or Subcontractor tooling calibration certifications. • Helps with document retention using correct platforms (E-Room, PWA, Viewpoint Teams, Microsoft Teams, etc.) • Understand and abide by all company policies. • Help with the development of training material for department. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: • OSHA 10 • NFPA 70 E • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) • Understands current technology practices and deployment uses. • Clear understanding of OSHA safe workplace practices and procedures. • Ability to read and understand construction drawings. • Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams. • Ability to read and understand manufacturer installation standards. • Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off shift hours and weekends. • Maintain an operational cellular device with reliable service provider. • Pass initial and random drug screenings. Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Work is completed both in the field (90%) and in an office environment (10%). This position works in an outdoor environment and must tolerate all seasons’ weather; requires extensive travel though portions of the North Carolina and other states on an as-needed basis. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Personal protective equipment is required (included but not limited to hard hat, proper footwear, rubber insulated gloves, safety glasses).
