Successful, solar company in business since 2001, is looking to hire a motivated person for a skylight and solar fan installer position now available within our company. This is a full-time position that includes health benefits, paid vacation, a 401 K plan, and work vehicle. Pay is commensurate to experience and aptitude. Applicants must have reliable transportation, have a current driver’s license and insurance, and be able to commute both to our Ocala, FL office location for restocking and to the Orlando and The Villages area on a daily basis. Good customer rapport-building skills are a must and you must demonstrate a willingness and aptitude to be a consultant / salesperson as well as an installer of our products. Applicant must be willing to follow an in-home process and showcase our product line as part of an installation appointment. Previous construction and/or sales experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train any candidate that demonstrates a quick learning ability. However, a strong work ethic and the ability to be self-motivated and driven are a must. Any applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
