Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing • Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists • Follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer • service. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. • Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via CRM and KPIs. • Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills. Pay Structure • Receive a flat-rate for appointments that are set for the specialists • Earn a lucrative commission payout once the homeowner agrees to go solar - you'll receive no less than $2,000 per deal, with the average commission ranging between $3,000-$4,000 per home, with the ability for it to hit $8,000 based on the system size.
