Solar Service Technician OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in various environments, including construction sites. As a Solar Technician, you will play a crucial role in promoting renewable energy solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance. • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential and commercial systems • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently. • Utilize power tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety regulations. • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings related to solar installations. • Measure voltage using voltmeters and ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.
