Rooftop Solar Installer / Crew Lead

We are seeking a Rooftop Solar Installer or Lead Installer/ Crew Lead to become a part of our team! You will assist with the installation of solar roof racking, locating roof beams, layout and cutting of racking, installing wiring conduits and DC wiring, and installing solar panels on various types of shingle and metal roofs, including some flat roofs. Occasional ground racks will also be installed. Responsibilities: • Assist with the installation of solar panels and racking arrays • Furnish tools, materials and supplies to other workers as needed • Maintain a safe and clean work environment • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Previous experience in installing rooftop • Familiarity with safety harnesses, tools and equipment • Ability to handle physical workload and confidence in a rooftop environment • Ability to work well in teams • Ability to prioritize and multitask
