What You’ll Do • Engage with homeowners and small business or farms through provided leads, self-generated leads, referrals, and community outreach. • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess energy needs and present customized solar solutions. • Guide customers through financial options including tax and energy savings programs. • Achieve and exceed sales targets (30–45% close rate expected on qualified leads). • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and ensure timely completion of all documentation. • Become a local ambassador for clean energy by developing a strong community presence.
