Job Type: Full-Time Seeking Passionate people wanting to make a difference in the Green Energy marketplace. Solar is the fastest-growing industry in the world today. Open to learning and understanding photovoltaic and roofing. By applying to this position you are assisting in helping homeowners reduce financial costs and contribute green energy to their lives. Taking responsibility for work assigned. Will be contributing to the designs, installations, and creating a good connection with clients. That is able to effectively communicate with the whole team. Communication and organizational skills included. Online University is available to learn everything that is needed in solar provided for free. Description/ Qualifications: Previous solar experience (Preferred) Roofing experience (preferred) Electrical experience (preferred) Construction: 1 year (preferred) Proficient in Google software Ability to work on rooftops (flat, angled, and sloped), crawl spaces, and attics Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift OSHA Safety Certification (10 or 30 Hours) (preferred) Performing additional carpentry tasks as needed Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to any and all safety rules and regulations 1 year of working at heights, including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs, and safely performing repetitious duties such as lifting, bending, and standing Confidentially and safely climb up 60? ladder Arrive to work at the instructed time and be ready to work proactively/Project clean up Confirming that proper inventory has been pulled for each job Properly use Personal Protective Equipment Interpersonal skills Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety meetings Other duties may be assigned from time to time Willing to undergo background and driving record check Attend mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety meetings Speak Spanish (Preferred) Requirements: Acceptable driving record Valid Driver?s License Take responsibility seriously to work efficiently with the team Willing to undergo background and driving record check Schedule: 8 Hour Shift Monday- Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Work in multiple locations
