Entry Level Solar Sales Representative

Job Description: You’ll be the first impression each homeowner has by offering the opportunity to lock in their monthly electric bill at a considerably lower rate by switching to solar energy. By joining our team, you will be essential in helping us switch homeowners everywhere to the cleanest, most abundant renewable energy source: solar energy. Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing • Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our solar specialists • Follow up with leads, answer customer questions, and provide exceptional customer • service. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. • Document all homeowner communication and daily activity via CRM and KPIs. • Attend all mandatory office meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay informed and improve sales skills.
