Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. Poly Energy is a growing renewable energy company specializing in off-grid solar power systems for homes, cabins, farms, Commercial and remote businesses. Duties • Prospect and generate leads through networking, outreach, and inbound inquiries • Assess customer needs and design customized off-grid solar solutions • Educate customers on off-grid technology, battery storage, system sizing, and installation processes • Prepare quotes and system proposals (training and tools provided) • Close sales and coordinate with the design/installation team • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently • Stay informed on solar and battery technologies, incentives, and trends Experience • Solar Sales experience - 1 to 2 years minimum • Strong understanding of solar PV and battery storage systems (off-grid experience a big plus) • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms • Experience with solar design software (Aurora, Helioscope, etc.) is a plus but not required Join us as we lead the charge towards a sustainable future through innovative solar solutions!
