Other primary duties include site assessments using Scanifly software on a drone, completion of the Customer Information Form for customer review and the signing of the Notice-to-Proceed (NTP) with customer. The Solar Designer also acts as a technical resource contact for the sales team in pre-sales and early contract project verifications. Also, the Solar Designer will be involved with the post-sale project as a technical resource to the project management team. Routine reviews of plan designs and electrical installations will be necessary to maintain uniformity and to assure high-quality standards.
