Position: Safety Director Responsibilities: • 100% FLUENT IN SPANISH!!! • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulations and industry best practices. • Program Management: Manage safety programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety within the organization. This includes conducting safety training, drills, and inspections. • Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and risks in the workplace through regular inspections and risk assessments.
