Position Title: Project Manager Pay Range: $81,000. POSITION PURPOSE The Project Manager coordinates the completion of work on projects within masonry, plaster/stucco, concrete, or marble & granite work, which aligns with the mission, vision, values and goals of The Gallegos Corporation. This role must have the knowledge of the trades which they are managing and demonstrate organizational, leadership and supervisory skills. A Project Manager should exemplify customer service when dealing directly with owners, vendors, project superintendents, site foreman, architects, general contractors and internal customers in all departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES • Ensure the highest standard of safety on projects at all times. • Collaborate with pre-construction department on handoff and budget development at the beginning of each project during the pre-job planning process. • Maintain detailed schedule for planning and tracking of manpower, equipment, cash flow and risk management. • Responsible to facilitate/coordinate with all stakeholders through the Short Interval Planning (SIP) process scheduling proper tools, equipment, material, and manpower ensuring all are present throughout the project as required by field staff. • Ensures Foreman are accountable for adhering to the SIP, Daily Huddle crew timecard management (ADP) and Toolbox Talks. • Participate in the Exit Strategy process with high level of input; participate in post job review process. • Confer with Superintendent, Foreman, and Subs in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specs and coordinate various phase of construction. • Review all change documents (ASI, RFI, CCD, RFC) on projects; generate change orders, take offs. • Collaborate with Accounting/Job Costing Department to ensure budgets are setup. • Conduct weekly (Bird Report) and monthly Project Budget Analyses (BTA); Ensure all job site projections are recorded accurately; communicate with field staff to ensure most cost-effective methods of purchases are executed at all times. • Monitor employee performance, documents disciplinary issues and participate in termination decisions, interviews candidates. • Ensures and tracks superintendents and foreman are managing risk through proper project documentation (daily reports and daily huddles); Escalates contractual risks, anomalies, immediately to Regional President; ensures operations are consistent with internal policies and objectives and reduces all risk. • Develops and maintains client relationships; track new project leads, communicate with CBDO and Regional President. • Participates in estimates for labor, material, and sub cost utilizing knowledge of BTA for use in bids. • Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times. • This position does have supervisory responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management of Engineering- Preferred • Technical knowledge in construction, estimating or project management-Required • 3-5 years of equivalent work experience and/or trade school required. • Ability to review job site blueprints. • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. CERTICATIONS • OSHA -10 Card- Required • OSHA -30 Card - Preferred COMPUTER/TYPING • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, Procore, cost accounting and inventory systems. LANGUAGE ABILITY • English language -Required • Spanish language- Preferred

POSITION PURPOSE The Sales Associate supports the staff and customer needs of the Stone Yard. Required to complete work with attention to detail, communication, and accuracy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES • Support day-to-day office administrative tasks which includes purchase orders, paying invoices, responding to orders and emails to vendors and accounting and ordering of all supplies. • Maintain constant communication with vendors, customers and other divisions and departments. • Assist with walk in customers and employees job needs. • Check in all material received at the Stone Yard, update the SPQ, and communicate with PM and Outside Sales Managers. • Maintain SPQ and share revisions with PMs. • Assist with pricing and sending quotes to customers in a timely manner. • Assist in the coordination of daily schedules for truck drivers to ensure drivers. have all information needed on one each load, schedule emergency loads and move freight around to accommodate requests. • Assist with coordination of schedules and deliveries from external vendors. • Work with other leaders and Project Managers (PMs) to coordinate deliveries to other areas and job sites. • Update weekly contact lists and quotes of outside sales customers. • Manage office phones by answering, checking voicemails, and following through as needed. • Assist Outside Sales in administrative tasks, such as transferring tickets pulling and staging loads. • Assist in following up with customers on credit, payments due and any questions related to payment. • Conduct weekly follow up on equipment with mechanic shop and stone yard. • Assist in the support of divisions with sales needs as well as communicate with Foreman and PM regarding material and timeframes. • Assist to report a discrepancy of material, maintain corrected invoices and delegate to Operator materials that can be put away. • Track shortages and maintain inventory of material at the Stone Yard which includes walking around the yard year-round to properly track inventory. • Maintain SPQ and share revisions with PMs. • Models The Gallegos Corporation mission and values at all times. • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS • 1 year working in construction or related field. • Attention to detail. COMPUTER/TYPING • Basic knowledge of programs and ability to learn and operate company programs. LANGUAGE ABILITY • Must have a working knowledge of the English language to communicate with other crew members, customers, etc.
