Key Responsibilities: • Project Oversight Lead construction activities from pre-construction planning through project closeout, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. • Team & Subcontractor Management Manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to project specifications, and productivity expectations. • Client & Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, consultants, inspectors, and internal leadership.
