Visit us at www.fox-construction.com Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Oversee, supervise, and coordinate all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project close-out. • Conduct preconstruction setup, including scheduling utilities, equipment, job trailer, tools, and scaffolding. • Perform job hazard analysis and communicate safety requirements to all workers and visitors. • Supervise all Fox Construction employees, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to company policies and project standards. • Manage field activities including carpentry, concrete work, and general labor tasks. • Order and manage site materials, equipment rentals, and utility services. • Prepare and maintain daily logs, timesheets, three-week look-ahead schedules, and job as-builts. • Oversee and maintain jobsite security and safety compliance, conducting weekly inspections. • Document project progress with digital photos and maintain organized records. • Conduct weekly subcontractor and safety meetings, ensuring thorough documentation. • Collaborate daily with Fox Construction Management on jobsite activities, schedules, employee issues, and project updates. • Ensure completion of the final punch list, jobsite demobilization, and project closeout. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish proficiency a plus). • Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role within residential and/or commercial construction. • Advanced knowledge of carpentry, construction tools, heavy equipment operation (forklifts, cranes, bobcats), and OSHA standards. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in outdoor environments year-round, and perform physically demanding tasks. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
