Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Field Leadership & Oversight Supervise and support site superintendents and field staff across multiple job sites. Ensure all projects are executed in alignment with company standards, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with project managers to manage daily, weekly, and long-term project schedules. Lead daily and weekly meetings with superintendents and subcontractors to drive progress and resolve issues. Quality Control & Safety Compliance Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA and company safety protocols are followed. Oversee job site inspections, quality assurance, and quality control efforts. Conduct safety audits and implement corrective measures when necessary. Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination Manage subcontractor performance and ensure scopes are fulfilled to standards. Review and approve work plans, manpower allocations, and material deliveries. Resolve job site conflicts quickly and effectively to minimize impact to project timeline. Scheduling & Resource Management Develop and maintain master construction schedules in coordination with PMs and superintendents. Allocate labor and equipment efficiently across projects based on priority and deadlines. Anticipate and address schedule risks to avoid project delays. Communication & Documentation Serve as the primary field liaison with clients, inspectors, and engineers. Provide regular reports on progress, safety, and staffing to senior leadership. Ensure accurate field documentation, including daily logs, reports, and incident records. Mentorship & Team Development Train and mentor superintendents, foremen, and field staff. Promote a positive team culture and uphold company values and professionalism on every site.
