STEELWORKER Manage construction operations, craft steel structures, and perform welding, cutting and other specialized metalwork operations. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent required; ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Spanish proficiency a plus). • Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role within residential and/or commercial construction. • Advanced knowledge of carpentry, construction tools, heavy equipment operation (forklifts, cranes, bobcats), and OSHA standards. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, work in outdoor environments year-round, and perform physically demanding tasks. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
