Job Requirements: • Work in a safe and efficient way according to all relevant legislation, policies and procedures • Manage efficiently the job sites assigned to you • The ability to perform accurate dirt, aggregate, and underground materials take offs as necessary • The ability to layout with control, all excavations utilizing plans survey stakes, and lasers • Inform management, any discrepancies found between the plans and site conditions • Communicate labor, equipment and materials needs/changes with Management on a daily basis • Maintain and communicate 3 week look ahead schedule, on a weekly basis • Maintain as-built drawings • Complete all reports related to daily activities • Work well with all parties involved including, coworkers, inspectors and management Personal Requirements: • Minimum 10 years’ experience in (civil site work) on-site management • Minimum 5 years’ experience in grading • Minimum 5 years’ experience in underground • Punctual, reliable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule • Self-motivated with positive attitude and strong work ethic • Take initiative and ask questions as needed • Ability to follow directions to ensure completion of daily tasks • Able to communicate with the public and co-workers effectively • Flexibility to work extra hours Please email your resume to contact@mccueninc.com
