Job Description We are looking for an experienced Masonry Superintendent with 3+ years of experience in managing large commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in providing accurate cost estimates, preparing bid proposals, and working closely with project managers and teams to ensure the successful delivery of masonry components on large-scale commercial construction projects. Superintendent: As a Superintendent, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader overseeing all field operations on commercial masonry projects. Reporting to senior stakeholders and Project Managers, you’ll coordinate teams, enforce safety, manage schedules, and ensure top-tier workmanship. • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily field operations for multiple masonry crews. • Ensure work is completed according to specifications, blueprints, and project timelines. • Serve as the main point of contact between crews, management, and subcontractors. • Conduct job site inspections for quality control and safety compliance. • Utilize software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office for documentation, reporting, and coordination. • Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and stakeholders. • Lead site meetings, manage logistics, and troubleshoot field issues proactively. Qualifications: • 3+ years of superintendent or foreman-level experience in commercial masonry. • Strong ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans. • Proven experience managing multiple crews (20–100 personnel) on active job sites. • Solid communication skills across field and office teams. • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong understanding of commercial building codes and construction sequencing. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Project Manager- Commercial Masonry

We are seeking a driven Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to support our growing portfolio of commercial construction and masonry projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage all phases of projects or provide key support to senior managers, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management skills, hands-on commercial masonry knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively across subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities • Manage or support all project phases, serving as a key point of contact for clients and project teams. • Coordinate project documentation including drawings, RFIs, ASIs, CCOs using PlanGrid, BIM360, Procore, and Sage Timberline. • Set up and maintain projects in Sage Timberline; process sub invoices, COIs, and prepare subcontracts. • Submit monthly pay applications (AIA G702) and ensure financial accuracy across projects. • Review, price, and track project scope changes to maintain budget control. • Coordinate commercial masonry activities (brick, stone, concrete block), ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project specifications. • Conduct quantity takeoffs, estimates, and forecasting to support competitive bidding and accurate cost tracking. • Collaborate with field staff, GCs, suppliers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and resolve issues. • Attend kickoff and progress meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
