Job Title: Mason Location: North Carolina Job Type: Full-Time About Nu-Pipe: We are a trenchless drainage rehabilitation contractor, which basically means we rehabilitate (line) old stormwater pipes that go under roads that are too important to close while someone removes and replaces them. Our industry is expanding and growing in popularity. We are among the drivers of that expansion and growth. Job Summary: The Mason will be responsible for laying bricks, blocks, and stones to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, and other structures. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and proven experience in masonry work. Key Responsibilities: • Lay bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and other masonry materials. • Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces. • Construct and repair walls, walkways, chimneys, fireplaces, and other structures. • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. • Ensure accuracy in measurements and alignment. • Cut materials to size using hand or power tools. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Follow safety protocols and job site regulations.
