Key Responsibilities include: • Direct and coordinate all aspects of custom home construction from start to finish • Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and vendors • Enforce quality control and ensure compliance with all construction plans and specifications • Keep projects on schedule and within budget • Conduct job site inspections and weekly safety meetings • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments • Manage purchase orders, change orders, and selections using the BuilderTrend construction management software (training provided) • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and timely execution Requirements: • 3+ years of residential construction experience (custom home experience strongly preferred) • Proven project management and time management skills • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accountability • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and strong working relationships with management, vendors, and clients.
