This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company. Responsibilities • Plan and schedule subcontractors and vendors for project execution. • Ensure project schedules are met, adjusting as necessary. • Communicate change orders and job issues to the Project Manager. • Conduct weekly budget and cost reviews with the Project Manager. • Schedule equipment deliveries and usage. • Enforce job site safety and conduct regular safety audits. • Oversee all subcontractors, including internal MEP teams. • Conduct part and equipment inventory within 48 hours of delivery and notify PM of any discrepancies. • Complete daily reports and documentation. • Assist PM with compiling closeout packages. • Manage all supplier paperwork, including warranty documents, checklists, tank Bills of Lading (BOLs), and backfill tickets. • Coordinate and ensure all inspections are completed properly. • Conduct employee evaluations. • Approve timecards for all employees assigned to the job. • Execute and communicate third-party and regulatory inspections and report results to PM. • Approve direct report timesheets and credit card receipts. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Primarily field-based with occasional office responsibilities.
