Essential Responsibilities: • Perform general labor duties to support heavy civil construction activities, including excavation, grading, and site preparation • Assist with tasks such as trenching, concrete work, and material handling • Accurately complete daily production logs and other required documentation • Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members, supervisors, and subcontractors • Promote a culture of safety and productivity by following all company, client, and regulatory safety standards and procedures Qualifications: • Prior experience in heavy civil construction or related labor work is preferred • Basic understanding of construction site safety practices; OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment • Must be able to pass pre-access onboarding requirement including Drug and Alcohol screening, background check, clean driving record, and valid driver's license Work Conditions: • Able to meet the physical requirements of the position which involves sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting (up to 50 pounds), working at heights, and in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, heat etc.) • This is a site-based position that will require travel Additional Information Ledcor Heavy Civil and Mining services reach across the lifespan of a mine, from facility construction, to full-scale contract mining of coal, minerals, or metals, all the way to mine reclamation.
