Overview We are looking for a reliable Construction Service Technician to work with our Facilities Service department. We perform maintenance and repair work orders at various clients locations throughout the Central Valley. There will be a strong emphasis on painting, drywall repairs, flooring repairs and miscellaneous general repairs. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. You will also need to be extremely proficient with email, taking and sending photos and reports. Be detailed, the more information the better. Responsibilities • Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc. • Perform maintenance and lighting repairs • Drywall repairs and refinishing.
