The Mason will be responsible for various construction and repair tasks that contribute to the safety and comfort of our tenants. Responsibilities • Perform masonry work including bricklaying, stone setting, and concrete finishing. • Restore and maintain existing structures to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. • Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address repair needs promptly. • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
