We have a contractor in need of an experienced Construction Manager who knows Dirt-Demo & Grading and Underground Utilities-Storm, Sewer & Water. The ideal candidate will come with more than 10 years of field experience in heavy civil, mass excavation, grading and underground and ideally more than 5 years of experience in a supervisory role. Position includes some bidding and extensive project management and supervision on projects from inception to closeout. Must have a background in self-perform construction, within heavy civil—earthwork and underground construction. Pay is commensurate with experience with strong bonus potential and generous benefits, including 100% coverage on medical, dental, and vision for both the individual and family/dependents.
