This person will work in the area under the guidance of a supervisor. They’ll get hands-on experience they can use for a life time. We’re seeking someone that enjoys doing manual labor and considers themselves to be helpful. This person will be a go-getter who is comfortable dealing with power equipment outside and inside. This person would be both motivated and dependable. Prior building experience is helpful. You will need customer service and communication skills in order to deal efficiently with all clients and co-workers. Team Player and works well with other teammates. Job Responsibilities GENERAL LABOR • Assist in setting up temporary structures, such as scaffolding and barriers. • Clean up construction sites by removing trash, debris, and excess materials, touch up paint, Cleaning up finished projects. • Maintain tools and equipment by cleaning. • Help in the demolition of existing structures or parts of structures and remove debris. • Able to drive to Vegas with a trailer to pick up material, do QUALITY and PIECE count of all material picking up. • Unload, Organize and Store Materials and equipment. SUPPORT TRADESMAN • Support Tradespeople (e.g. Subcontractors doing the build, Electrician) • Hold tools, materials, and equipment as needed. • Driving to stores and picking up cement, tools, misc needed materials to complete projects. DIGGING AND Misc. • Able to dig holes, set posts for rebar cages for posts. SAFETY COMPIANCE • Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective properly QUALIFICATIONS Be able to perform varios physical tasks that require strength, stamina, and manual dexterity. Work is outside majority of the time. Work as part of a team to complete construction projects efficiently. Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record. Able to haul, pull back up a trailer Basic knowledge of construction is preferred Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork skills Must be flexible and willing to assist wherever needed Customer Service skills, and good team/co-worker skills Experience with hand / power tools Basic math skills Maintain a clean work environment Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
