Residential Construction Lead

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, assisting with a range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of building and renovation work. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Responsibilities and Skills are listed below, but not all necessary. Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. • Perform tasks such as caulking, framing, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical as needed. • Support masonry work including bricklaying and stone setting. • Help build structures according to project specifications. • Lay tiles accurately for flooring and wall applications. • Execute trim carpentry tasks for finishing touches on projects. • Assist with basic electrical tasks under supervision when required. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Skills • Proficiency in caulking, framing, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical. • Knowledge of masonry practices, including bricklaying and stone setting. • Ability to build structures effectively while adhering to specifications. • Skills in tile laying for both floors and walls are advantageous. • Competence in trim carpentry for detailed finishing work is desirable. • Basic electrical skills would be a plus, but not mandatory. • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
