Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mason to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with brick, stone, concrete, and other masonry materials to construct and repair structures such as walls, chimneys, walkways, and buildings. The Mason will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, mixing and applying mortar, and ensuring the structural integrity of masonry projects. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to determine project specifications. • Lay bricks, stones, concrete blocks, and other materials to construct or repair walls, foundations, walkways, and other structures. • Mix and apply mortar, grout, and other bonding agents to secure masonry units. • Cut, shape, and polish stone or concrete materials to meet project requirements. • Use hand and power tools, including trowels, levels, chisels, and masonry saws. • Repair and restore damaged masonry structures by replacing or reinforcing materials. • Ensure all work meets safety and building code standards. • Work collaboratively with other construction professionals and follow site safety regulations.
