Bilingual Brick Mason Foreman Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual Brick Mason Foreman to lead our masonry team on a variety of construction projects. This role requires a strong background in bricklaying and masonry, solid leadership capabilities, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. As the Foreman, you’ll be responsible for managing teams on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Brick Mason Foreman Responsibilities • Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials according to specifications and blueprints. • Construct walls, chimneys, and other structures using various masonry techniques. • Ensure the quality of work meets industry standards and complies with safety regulations (OSHA). • Collaborate with project managers on project scheduling and material requirements. • Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints effectively. • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. • Assist in training junior masons or apprentices as needed. Brick Mason Foreman Skills • Strong understanding of contract management within the construction industry. • Excellent blueprint reading skills for accurate project execution. • Familiarity with project scheduling techniques to manage timelines effectively. • Ability to build structures that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. • Knowledge of OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills in construction tasks.
