What we are looking for: We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator to support our Field Operations department. This position serves as an integral part of the Field Operations department by performing essential functional duties in close coordination with Field Operations Management. These duties include general project-based work, compiling critical data, and helping facilitate the onboarding process for new field associates. They are responsible for providing administrative support to the Vice President of Construction and the Field Operations department. Position Summary: • Assist with orientation and onboarding of new field associates and supervisors. • Help manage day-to-day workforce scheduling and forecasting. • Assist with workforce planning software updates. • Audit project-specific document control systems for data accuracy. • Provide daily operational support by reviewing and analyzing reports, records, or directives. • Confer with Field Operations management to obtain necessary data required for reporting and planning activities. • Coordinate training sessions for the Field Operations department. • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Field Operations' software (Procore). • Support Superintendents with technology and software (Procore) questions and schedule training as needed. • Maintain and update the workforce forecasting tool. • Coordinate the procurement of specialty tools and equipment with the Warehouse Manager.
