Senior Construction Project Manager

Telcom Equipment Deployment Expert Key Accountabilities This expert position oversees the technical aspects of telecom equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned job sites or venues. • Ensuring site suitability for deployment • Selecting and recommending suppliers • Validating project scope with RF teams and suppliers • Managing equipment and material distribution • Planning and monitoring construction activities Project Delivery • Updating project schedules as needed • Representing during venue/customer inspections and reviews • Conducting site audits and assessments • Ensuring build completion meets quality standards • Evaluating punch list items and construction acceptance Interpersonal and Communication Skills • Coordinating with Customer Project Managers • Delegating administrative tasks to support orgs • Building partnerships with Senior & Remote Construction Managers Essential Requirements • At least 7 years of experience in telecom/construction management • Degree in relevant field (desired) • MCA Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS) expertise • Site design consultation and feasibility analysis skills • Experience in both small and large venues • Contract negotiation knowledge (leasing, customer/vendor facing) • OSHA 30-hour course completion • Prior experience is highly valued Primary Tools: iBwave, Anritsu & OTDR testing, Microsoft Office Suite, Site Tracker / Ericsson data tools, Close-out Package Checklist, EHS and industry standards ],
