Requirements • General knowledge of the tools, methods and materials used in building construction work; resort or hotel building/maintenance experience a plus. • Ability to use a variety of hand tools and equipment, measure distance and calculate quantities, and read blueprints. • Specialized repair abilities or experience in some of the following areas preferred: general carpentry, plumbing, plastering, electrical, concrete work, tile work and painting. • Good driving record.
