Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and possess expertise in quality control, contract management, blueprint reading, and project scheduling. Duties: - Enforce a safe working environment - Lead with establishing field standards and implementing guidelines for maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, as well as holding subcontractors accountable - Take ownership of position and project in daily management of subcontractor's, volunteers, schedules and cost - Must be able to read and understand construction drawings in detail - Request a change order for any work outside the defined project, as well as ensure no change order work or expenses are incurred without approval - Make sure inventory for all jobs arrives at the jobsite in time to complete the project Skills: - Must enjoy and be willing to work with volunteers from all over - Must be Patient - Must set a positive example, be self - motivated, punctual and accountable - 5-10 Years experience as a Construction Supervisor - Background in carpentry, framing and drywall - Experience with heavy machinery This position offers the opportunity to work on construction projects while utilizing your expertise in construction management. Water Truck Driver - CDL w/ Tanker endorsement

Description We are a fast-paced, growing construction company that delivers safety, quality, and on-time work, that specializes in heavy civil construction that includes earthwork, concrete work, steel erection and more. CDL Water Truck Drivers must hold a valid CDL driver license with a tanker endorsement. CDL Drivers work as part of a crew and at times may also operate equipment or provide general labor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Employee shall perform all duties and responsibilities with Spencer Construction Values and Safety at the forefront. • Must work quickly, productively and safely to meet production goals as outlined by the foreman, superintendent and/or production manager. • Operate heavy equipment when needed. • Know, understand and comply with all Department of Transportation, (DOT) as well as state and local regulations. • Responsible for ensuring vehicle is road-worthy prior to leaving the yard and/or jobsite and work directly with mechanics to guarantee any repairs needed are made to the vehicle prior to leaving the yard. • Inspect truck and trailer before and after trips and completes checklists, to ensure compliance with state, federal and local laws. • Use Company's suggested method to compile, maintain and log driving hours as required by state, federal and local laws. • Actively participate in job-site and safety meetings and all Company related training. • Must be a strong communicator. • Operate trucks to transport equipment, fuel, or other trucks to and from production sites as required and assist in the maintenance of all equipment. • Inspect, clean and maintain equipment and machinery. • May set up and tear down equipment. • Maintain a clean job site; pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day. • Serve as front-line company representative and must provide excellent service to the contractors, co-workers, and to the public. • Perform all other general laborer work as needed. The position requires working outside, frequently for long periods of time in all weather, including extreme hot and cold temperatures. • While working, the employee might be exposed to various chemicals, vapors, pollutants, virus or other air-borne pathogens, gases, uneven surfaces, loud noises, moving vehicles or machines and dust/debris.
