Construction Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks including but not limited to painting, carpentry work, plumbing, general labor and more. Ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties • Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. • Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. • Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Experience • Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous. • Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. • Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. • Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. Pay rate is competitive starting at $15/hr and ranging higher depending on experience and availability to work. Pay frequency is weekly on every Friday after the end of the shift.
