Position Summary: Responsible for smoothing out, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete at job or construction sites. Qualifications and Experience: • Smooth out concrete in segments to ensure the concrete poured is level • Fill roadways, driveways, sidewalks, bridges, homes, and parking lots • Arrange the concrete forms • Spread concrete • Prepare surface with hammer and chose • Rub cement in with sponge-rubber float or burlap • Level it using special blades, making sure all lumps and bubbles are smoothed over • Use wood or plastic forms to shape the concrete and hold it until it is set • Smooth high spots and fill depressions • Make concrete beams, columns, and panels • Wash away excess concrete • Finish corners by hand • Use machines that vibrate concrete to fill air pockets • Use groovers and hand trowels to spread concrete • Halt concrete pouring if weather looks bad • Prepare the base • Cut pavers • Install masonry according to specifications • Pour sand in as filler Additional Requirements: • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Please note that this position is not eligible for work visa sponsorship #J-18808-Ljbffr

Qualifications • Project Manager: 3–5 years in commercial masonry (field or management); restoration experience a plus. • Assistant Project Manager: 1–3 years in commercial masonry or construction management support. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or 5+ years of relevant industry experience. • Proficiency in Sage Timberline, PlanGrid, BIM360, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and collaborative team player.
