Contract Review: Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms, including scope, pricing, and change orders. Software Proficiency: Use Tradesman's Software to develop estimates, track project progress, and maintain accurate cost data and records. Budget Monitoring: Support project managers in tracking the budget and costs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the project stays within budget. Client Interaction: Provide expert guidance and support to clients, answering questions and addressing any concerns related to estimates or masonry work. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in estimating masonry work on large commercial projects. Proficiency in using Tradesman's Software for masonry estimating is preferred. Strong knowledge of masonry materials, techniques, and building codes for commercial construction projects. Experience with material takeoffs, bid preparation, and cost analysis. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all estimates. Knowledge of commercial construction project lifecycle and processes. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
