Essential Job Functions include: Essential Job Functions • Provides assistance in new construction, refurbishing, remodeling, and the regular maintenance of all facilities owned and/or operated by West Care and all related entities; • Provide general labor assistance in Fitz House projects; • Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites; • Operate basic hand and power tools safely; • Communicate effectively with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members; • Embraces and embodies the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision and goals of West Care Foundation; • Performs all other duties as assigned.
