Construction Maintenance

All Temps partners with a Division that provides water taps and sewer taps upon customer request. The Division also changes out water meters, repairs water meters, and relocates meters in the Jim Wells County area. This is an excellent position for someone early in their career looking for mentorship and a great team environment. You will be responsible for preparing areas for irrigation, clearing debris, and directing motorists and pedestrians away from the trench site. Clean and prepare work sites by removing debris and possible hazards. Direct heavy equipment operators, motorists, and pedestrians as needed, as required by the construction foreman. Able to follow directions. Good communicator Must be able to stand in one area for 6+ hours, able to bend, walk, and lift 50 lbs or more. Prefer candidates who have six months of previous work experience in labor, construction, and/or maintenance. Comfortable working in extreme outside conditions (rain, snow, sleet, and heat) Must be willing to work outdoors and be exposed to the elements Must follow safety procedures Must pass a background check and drug test Must have reliable transportation Driver's License required.
