Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be able to deliver high-quality finishes on various projects. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals. As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our concrete structures are aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. Duties • Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning and leveling the area. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish surfaces using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to achieve desired textures. • Install forms for concrete structures and ensure they are secure and properly aligned. • Monitor the curing process of concrete and make adjustments as necessary. • Perform repairs on existing concrete surfaces as needed. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Skills • Proficiency in frame carpentry is highly desirable. • Experience with hardscape installation and concrete forming techniques. • Familiarity with commercial driving regulations related to transporting materials. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.
