Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and set up CNC Haas machines, load programs, and execute machining operations according to set-up documents and blueprints. Perform basic code editing and adjust speeds and feeds as necessary to optimize machining processes. Efficiency and Multitasking: Run multiple machines when required, maximizing productivity while maintaining attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate smooth operations. Continuous Improvement: Cross-train on various machines and processes to broaden skill set and contribute to overall team effectiveness. Safety Compliance: Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and uphold safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
