Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup and Operation: Prepare and set up CNC Haas machines, load programs, and execute machining operations according to set-up documents and blueprints. Requirements: • High school diploma or GED equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of basic CNC machinist experience, including machine set-up. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and set-up documents. • Experience running Haas machines using Fanuc controls. • Understanding of basic G-codes and ability to edit programs as needed. • Knowledge of speeds and feeds adjustment for optimal machining. • Familiarity with micrometers and other measurement devices for quality assurance. Schedule We currently offer two shifts: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, or Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:30am. Second-shift employees enjoy a 15% shift differential.
