To learn more about playing for Team Amcor, visit www.amcor.com | LinkedIn | YouTube Responsibilities: • Assist with the monitoring of mold efficiencies and understands the importance of mold efficiency monitoring. • Operate molding presses to open or close mold in doing repairs. • Keep molds running as efficiently as possible while they are in production. • Assist in the training of the Apprentices, Mold Technicians and Bench Technicians. • Understand all safety precautions for proper operation of machines and equipment that are used while performing their job responsibilities. • Fully understand and utilize the established ISO and SQF procedures. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Lawrence, Kansas. Pay Rate: $22.43 / hour (+ shift differential if applicable) 1st: 7am-3pm 2nd shift: 3pm - 11pm ($1.00 shift diff.) 3rd shift: 11pm - 7am ($1.50 shift diff.) 1 - 3 years mechanical and/or manufacturing experience Forklift operating experience preferred Job Summary: Conducts routine and non-routine phases of the manufacture of electrical submersible petroleum pump cable and/or rubber molded products.
