Round House is hiring many people to operate machines. No experience is needed as Round House provides all of the training. Learning is at your own pace. Pay is incentive based with more pay being given for each operation done on the machine. Fast employees can immediately raise their pay within the first few weeks. Round House is especially looking for fast employees who are motivated to earn raises as quickly as possible. Great health insurance is available. After learning how to operate the machine, headphones can be worn and employees can listen to music or whatever they wish. Benefits $18.00/hour 1 week after that for most people. $20.00 is Average. Many make more and often faster depending on the speed of the operator. Pay is based on how many how many pieces are made by the machine. So the faster you make pieces, the more money you make.
